"TDL Home Solutions did a great job painting the inside and out on a rental property I have in Wylie. He had 5 painters there on Thursday morning and they actually finished Saturday afternoon. I did a walk through with them on Monday and there was little left. They cleaned up the areas and left it a complete package. I would highly recommend their company. I will be hiring them again for another rental when it comes vacant. They used Behr paint and satin finishes as requested. I'm very satisfied."

"Tracy took control of my 1985 fixer upper and flipped it right into a beautifully updated home. I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Tracy came to paint and as he went thru the home prepping to paint found items in sore need for repair. So in the end these are some of the things Tracy repaired; full interior paint job Installed new light fixtures thru the home including floating out and texturing the walls where needed. Installed toilets including repairing wall damage from leaking split pipes which occurred during last years freeze. Repairing water damage throughout the home under sinks, in the bathroom vanity, in the fireplace wall which alerted me to call a roof inspector and I got a new roof covered by insurance bc of the find. Removed a rotted door and installed a new one. Repaired a painted the deck. Power-washed the house. Repaired and power washed the fence. He installed updated light fixtures and outlet covers to match. Repaired non- working ceiling fans. Spray painted all vents to match the house. Tracy had me order refractory panels to completely restore the crumbling fireplace. He got pipe and made the fireplace operational again. If it was broken, he fixed it. Tdjhomesolutions took my nightmare and made it a dream!"
